I heard the sad news that Steve Irwin, a.k.a. The Crocodile Hunter, was killed by a stingray while filming a documentary on the Great Barrier Reef. I respected his work as a naturalist, and enjoyed his show; it being educational and inspiring; as well as fun to watch...I loved his sense of humor...loved it when he looked into the camera with those crazy eyes of his (which seemed to be lit from within), as he hollered, 'Crikey'!
He will be missed.

Yes, the Kookaburra thing. I find the landings particularly
tricky, though the birds themselves find them extremely funny for some reason.
